What a weird coincidence that a professional in the field of lightning ends up on the news in a lightning story…what are the chances? Your more likely to get struck by lightning than have that happen : )

We had a great afternoon catching some really nice fish out of the fast water below Idlewild Dam on the Big Thompson. Special thanks to Guide Reed for helping to get some fish in the net for the team. Also, the amazing Aleksi from Finland was whispering fish out of the water. I think Aleksi caught 4 fish in a row at one point in time. Ryan got the big fish of the day, a nice big brown trout likely in the 16 inch range…though Ryan will show you with his hands that it was much, much bigger than that : )
